Tracey Di Matteo MCSP HCPC

Snowbaord in SymphonyTracey qualified from the West Middlesex School of Physiotherapy in 1987, went on to work in a number of teaching Hospitals including  St Thomas’s Hospital, London. She also worked in professional Rugby being the team physiotherapist for London Welsh Rugby Football Club for a number of years before joining the Physiotherapy team at the Brunel University Sports and Dance Injury Clinic, where her role involved looking after recreational, national and international level athletes and professional and student dancers.

She was involved in lecturing Anatomy and Physiology on the Access to Health Sciences courses at Richmond upon Thames Adult College and for the Academy at London Broncos Rugby League club. She also was the lead Physiotherapists seconded to GP practices in Richmond upon Thames and Hounslow Boroughs. As a member of  Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, Tracey’s skills include using acupuncture as an adjunct to more conventional physiotherapeutic methods

Tracey is an avid recreational gym user and is keenly learning to snowboard.

Having spent 20 years in the private healthcare sector she has specialised in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries and has written a number of internet articles on management of a variety of joint and musculoskeletal injuries in sport and work related pathologies.
