Juls qualified from Kings College London in 2001 with a degree in physiotherapy and has over 13 years experience in both the NHS and private sectors.
She has a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine and currently works with elite athletes at the English Institute of Sport and for England Hockey. She has also worked for professional teams such as England Golf and the English Womens RFU.
Juls is highly experienced in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has a special interest in rehabilitation after injury incorporating injury prevention and performance enhancement. She specialises in biomechanical alignment issues, muscle imbalance and postural problems including low back pain and neck pain.
Juls strongly believes in complete recovery after injury and works closely with personal trainers, Pilates instructors, massage therapists and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure patients return to their full sporting and activity levels.
She is trained in the use of acupuncture and manual therapy techniques. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine and is registered with the HCPC.
